After the pandemic, I always think about how people overcome new tools to communicate. People have to wear masks and use emerging media such as the Internet to replace friendly face-to-face communication. For most people, these new ecological communication methods will bring significant challenges to people. So, in the beginning, people will have a hostile and ignorant attitude towards these things. Now, two years later, people have adapted to the troubles brought by the pandemic and found a suitable way to show themselves.

This project repeats this process, allowing people to learn this new interaction and understand the rules. People can find their suitable position in continuous experiments or give up understanding and perceive the work by feeling.

In this work, I used the computer to draw the mood board of the final effect. Then I used Xbox Kinect's portrait recognition function and depth perception function to obtain the spatial coordinates of the characters. After receiving the spatial coordinates of characters, a functional relationship is established between the color of the work and the spatial distance of the characters. Finally, I use the Touchdesigner software to call the data of the whole function to create my favorite visual effect.
